Booking a Booth at the 9th European Conference on Space Debris (ESA)

April 1-4, 2025, World Congress Center Bonn (WCC Bonn), Germany

 

 

Note: We offer a limited number of exhibition spaces. Booths are assigned on a "first-come, first-served" basis.

Location: The exhibition booths are all located in the central foyer of the venue, directly in front of the auditorium. The foyer also serves as the gathering space for conference participants during coffee breaks and lunch.

Booth: 2,5 x 2 meters; includes one power connection (230 V, 16 A), free Wi-Fi

Booth Fee: EUR 2,000 (including VAT)

  • The fee also includes one entry pass for booth staffing (includes refreshments during morning and afternoon breaks, and lunch); no access to the auditorium
  • Additional Person(s): EUR 300 per person (including VAT); no access to the auditorium

Equipment and LAN port:

Exhibitors may bring their own furniture and equipment or rent/book them through the conference center:

Duration of the exhibition and setup and dismantling times for exhibitors

  • The exhibition will run throughout all four days of the conference
  • Booth setup is scheduled for Monday, March 31, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Booth dismantling is scheduled for Friday, April 4, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Note: If you do not adhere to the setup and dismantling times, an additional fee will be charged by WCC Bonn (Please get in touch with WCC Bonn regarding this).

Presentation of exhibitors on the conference website

Exhibitors are asked to provide a brief profile of their organization and exhibition focus (max. 800 characters including spaces), a website link, and a logo (jpg or png format).

Mandatory Rules for Exhibitors

Please also familiarize yourself with the House Rules, Safety Provisions for Exhibitions, and the requirements regarding the ICT Infrastructure of the convention center. These are mandatory for all exhibitors.

Please note:

  • The WCCB reserves the right to prohibit the installation and use of non-authorized access points brought in by the customer (routers with integrated APs, “Fritzbox“ or the like) to ensure that the wireless LAN our customers and guests are provided with works with as little interferences as possible.
  • The WCCB reserve the right for subsequent billing in case guests, exhibitors and customers bring in their own devices and connect them to our network, thus using more nodes than previously agreed with us. Inspections will be carried out both automatically and randomly when touring the premises.
